Refund Policy

    At VerifyPulse, we provide access to virtual SMS numbers for one-time verification purposes. Due to the nature of our digital products, we do not issue refunds once a purchase has been made and the virtual number has been successfully activated. By completing a transaction on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

    However, we understand that exceptional cases may occur, and we may offer refunds under the following conditions:

    1. Non-Receiving of SMS

    If you do not receive an SMS verification code after purchasing a number due to technical issues on the destination service's side, you may be eligible for a refund. To qualify:

    • You must report the issue within 7 days of the purchase date.
    • Submit a support request including the order ID and details of the issue.

    If no claim is submitted within this period, we will consider the number successfully used and activated.

    2. Invalid Virtual Number

    If a virtual number is received but does not work as intended (e.g., fails to complete 2FA despite receiving an SMS), you may request a refund under the following conditions:

    • Provide clear evidence (e.g., screenshots showing error messages or failed attempts).
    • Submit your claim within 7 days of the purchase date.

    Failure to contact us during this time frame will be considered acceptance that the number was valid and successfully used.

    3. Major Defects or Technical Issues

    If there are major technical problems with our service:

    • You must notify us within 72 hours of discovering the issue.
    • We reserve the right to attempt to resolve the issue within 72 hours of your report.
    • If we are unable to fix the problem within that timeframe, you may receive a full refund or request a product replacement of equivalent value.

    Note: In some cases, we may request temporary access to relevant systems (if applicable) to diagnose issues. Failure to provide access may delay or invalidate the refund process.

    4. Compatibility Disclaimer

    VerifyPulse does not guarantee compatibility with third-party software, services, or platforms beyond what is explicitly stated on our product pages. Refunds will not be issued due to incompatibility with:

    • Plugins, extensions, modules
    • Specific websites or platforms
    • Browsers, operating systems, or hosting providers

    5. Refund Requests and Processing Fees

    All refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase. Your request must include:

    • A clear description of the issue
    • Supporting evidence (where applicable)
    • Your order number or account details

    Refund Processing Fees apply:

    • Standard refund: 5% fee
    • After 1 year since last deposit: 15% fee
    • After 2 years: 25% fee
    • After 3 years: 35% fee

    All refund requests are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to decline any refund request that contradicts our Terms of Service or lacks sufficient justification.
