Due to the nature of our digital products, we do not issue refunds once a purchase has been made and the virtual number has been successfully activated. By completing a transaction on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
However, we understand that exceptional cases may occur, and we may offer refunds under the following conditions:
